  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the related field
  • Pleasant personality, responsible, hardworking and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good communication skills to interact with all parties
  • Computer literate with good skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel

Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to approved specifications
  • Undertaking cost analysis for projects and defect rectification works.
  • Familiar and updated on market rates and price movements
  • Assist in feasibility studies for new development projects
  • Attend cost and site meetings as and when required
  • Source and negotiate pricing with sub-contractors/suppliers
  • Prepare progress claims
  • Inspect, value and certify completed works
  • Review specifications and drawings to determine scope of work, costing structures, contractual requirements
  • Assist to prepare letter of award to sub-contractors
  • Prepare cost analysis
  • Prepare and monitor project budget
  • Prepare final account
  • Other duties to be assigned from time to time by Immediate Superior or the Management.
