Database Administrator Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the stability, performance optimization, fault diagnosis, capacity planning and operation and maintenance support of database services;
2. Deeply participate in the construction of database standardization system and provide professional database selection and architecture planning for complex business scenarios;
3. Responsible for the operation and maintenance and standardization of common database components: MySQL/Redis/MongoDB/TiDB/Doris.

4. Responsible for the implementation of database-related projects and the development of automated operation and maintenance tools;
5. Provide necessary consultation and related training for the company's internal R&D personnel.

6. Responsible for database monitoring, backup, performance optimization and troubleshooting;
7. Responsible for the related testing, maintenance and management of database middleware;
8. Formulate and continuously improve the operation and maintenance specifications, development specifications and security specifications of the databas.

Job requirements:
1. More than 5 years of DBA work experience, experience in large-scale database operation and maintenance in the Internet industry;
2. Proficient in at least one scripting language: Shell, Python, or Perl ;

3. Have rich experience in SQL SERVER operation and maintenance, be familiar with the architecture and basic implementation principles of SQL SERVER, and master technologies such as database master-slave replication, data backup, database monitoring, and database optimization;
4. Have an in-depth understanding of high concurrency, complex SQL, and database clusters, and have rich management and optimization experience, and have strong fault location and problem-solving capabilities;
5. Have rich experience in using open-source projects, and those who have their own technical blogs or open-source projects are preferred.

6. Must be proficient in English and Mandarin.

7. Willing to travel or relocate to other countries or project locations as assigned if required.

岗位职责：

1. 负责资料库服务的稳定性、性能优化、故障诊断、容量规划与运维支撑等工作。

2. 深入参与建设资料库标准化体系，为复杂的业务场景提供专业资料库选型和架构规划。

3. 负责常见资料库元件运维和标准化建设：MySQL/Redis/MongoDB/TiDB/Doris。

4. 负责资料库相关项目的实施以及自动化运维工具开发。

5. 为公司内部研发人员提供必要的谘询和相关培训。

6. 负责资料库的监控，备份，性能优化及故障处理等。

7.负责资料库中间件的相关测试、维护及管理工作。

8. 制定并不断完善资料库的运维规范、开发规范及安全规范。

岗位要求：

1. 5年以上DBA工作经验，有互联网行业大规模资料库运维经验。

2. 精通shell、python、perl至少一门脚本语言。

3. 有丰富的SQL SERVER运维经验，熟悉SQL SERVER的架构及基本实现原理，掌握资料库主从复制、数据备份、资料库监控、资料库优化等技术。

4. 对高并发、复杂SQL以及资料库集群有深入理解，并具有丰富的管理和优化经验，具有很强的故障定位和问题解决能力。

5. 有较丰富的开源专案使用经验，有自己的技术博客或开源专案者优先。
