Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic growth, improving our online visibility, and ensuring that our content resonates with our target audience across the diverse markets in the Asia Pacific region.

This role will play a crucial part in our digital marketing strategy, working closely with content creators, web developers, and lead a team of SEO specialists to optimize our web presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions

Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and ensure content aligns with the search intent of our target audience, including HR Managers and business decision-makers

Optimize website structure, on-page elements, and content to improve search engine rankings

Manage technical SEO aspects, including site speed, crawlability, mobile-friendliness, and indexation

Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that drives engagement and supports lead generation

Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush

Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive

Conduct regular SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

Build and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and online presence

Coordinate with web developers to implement necessary changes and improvements on the website

Understand buyer personas and leverage insights to create targeted SEO strategies that align with their needs and behaviors

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field

Minimum of 6 years of direct SEO experience, preferably in a B2B

In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices

Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc

Strong understanding of technical SEO and experience working with web developers

Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions

Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
