Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on site.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide safety training and guidance to personnel to promote awareness and adherence to safety procedures.
- Respond to incidents promptly, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.
- Communicate safety policies and procedures to personnel and promote a culture of safety awareness.
Qualifications:
- Green Book holder is compulsory
- Certification in occupational health and safety or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in safety management or construction safety preferred.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to work in Karak, Pahang.
