Duties & Responsibilities:
Implement 5S Methodology: Apply 5S principles to enhance workplace organization, efficiency, and safety.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Initiate and lead Kaizen activities to foster a culture of continuous improvement aimed at increasing operational productivity, yield, and product quality.
Data Analysis: Analyze yield, process data, and quality issues, providing actionable improvement recommendations to enhance overall performance.
Hands-On Engineering: Engage in hands-on engineering tasks, demonstrating a passion for practical problem-solving and process optimization.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor production team members and engineers, ensuring effective collaboration and communication throughout the production process.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate production process performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Lean Six Sigma Expertise: Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyze processes and drive efficiency, with a preference for candidates with relevant experience in these areas.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes, preferably in heavy industries.
Availability: Willingness to work extra hours and be on-call as needed.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and motivate teams.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks.
