- Build rapport and provide consistent excellent customer service to our property purchasers.
- Manage customers vacant possession professionally by responding to customers’ requests, enquiries or complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Liaise and collaborate with the Company Project Team and QAQC department for unit defect updates and periodically inform customers on the progress.
- Execute proper documentation by ensuring owner record and defect forms have a proper filing system.
- Prepare fortnightly reports on the Status of Vacant Possession and Defect Rectification Closure and Sign Off.
- Attends to any task delegated by the superiors.
