QA Section Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• To direct and co-ordinate efforts in the achievement of continuous improvement in the areas identified herein.
• Develop, motivate and challenge all team members to perform to their full potential providing direct and timely feedback in formal and informal media.
• Delegate and organize departmental workload according to project assignments.
• Co-ordinate interaction between the Quality Department and all other subsidiary of operation group.
• Monitor and evaluate the level of involvement and success of the Quality System, Quality Engineering and Incoming Quality activities and their impact to the continuous improvement of the Quality System and Process Control System.
• Provide the appropriate level of feedback, support and coaching
• Provide support to the Programs Managers and maintain an active role in functions involving customers.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 5 years or working experience in QA, of which 2 years in a people manager
• Preferred with work experience in semiconductor or contract manufacturing environment.
• High preference with work experience in metal sheet, or metal fabrication industry.
• Independent, self-driven and results oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills. Meticulous and detail oriented.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently with cross functional teams.
