Site/ Project Coordinator

Job Descriptions:

• Arrange and co-ordinate work arrangements on site, including but not limited to
• Co-ordinate within the operations team on job tasks, accommodation and meals arrangement
• Co-ordinate between the operations team, customer service and controller
• Co-ordinate between Company and customers
• Maintain close communication with controller on job arrangements and daily/weekly status.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope and complete on or ahead of schedule while delivering service high quality and high safety standard
• Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed, and escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
• Act as a between company teams, clients and external resources
• Achieve organizational goals while upholding excellent service standards and best practices
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations
• Work with safety department to improve safety procedures for the Company.
• Any other tasks assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Mandarin speaker preferred
• Preferable male
• Relevant experience in the field
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
