Qualifications & experience

  • Currently enrolled in or possess a Diploma or Bachelor Degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in Word & Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Financial -- Assist in preparing monthly accounts
  • Financial -- Maintain accurate financial records & documentation
  • Financial –- Maintain and operate the computerized accounting system
  • Financial –- Reconcile financial statements and bank statements
  • Financial –- Handle payroll: staff salary
  • Financial – Monthly submissions of PCB, SOCSO, EIS, EPF, CP22A, and CP22.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable -- Provide administrative assistance to the admin team
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable -- Assist with data entry, filling & document management
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable -- Support day to day office operations as needed

Personal Attributes: Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
