Oversee the management, maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
Manage tenant relations, including screening potential tenants, handling tenancy and lease agreements, and resolving disputes.
Establish effective marketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants, ensuring high occupancy rates and steady rental income.
Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations.
Negotiate contracts with service providers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the best terms and conditions for property maintenance and services.
Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions and prepare reports for the Board and Management.
Develop business plans for properties that align with the needs of tenants and the Company’s target, and implementing strategies to maximize property value and profitability.
Key Requirements
Possess at least a bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Marketing or related field.
Professional certification in property management will be advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, leasing or a related role.
Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate lease terms effectively and understanding of the real estate market and trends.
A team player who is analytical and meticulous, willing to learn and work beyond job scope when necessary.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
