Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management, maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
  • Manage tenant relations, including screening potential tenants, handling tenancy and lease agreements, and resolving disputes.
  • Establish effective marketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants, ensuring high occupancy rates and steady rental income.
  • Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations.
  • Negotiate contracts with service providers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the best terms and conditions for property maintenance and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions and prepare reports for the Board and Management.
  • Develop business plans for properties that align with the needs of tenants and the Company’s target, and implementing strategies to maximize property value and profitability.
  • Key Requirements

  • Possess at least a bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Marketing or related field.
  • Professional certification in property management will be advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, leasing or a related role.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate lease terms effectively and understanding of the real estate market and trends.
  • A team player who is analytical and meticulous, willing to learn and work beyond job scope when necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
