Job Responsibilities

1. Respond to and resolve support requests from customers.

2. Research, diagnose, document, and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware.

3. Prepare hardware and software configuration lists, assisting the Sales team in effectively communicating with customers and providing timely assistance.

4. Providing on-site early life support and training users on the system;
5. Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers, assist in solving various on-site technical problems, and work towards timely resolution, escalating issues to the Sales and R&D departments as needed.

6. Participate in ongoing training sessions to continuously improve technical knowledge and customer service skills.

Pre-requisites

· Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Science/ Biomedical Engineering / Computer.

· At least two (2) years of working experience in technical support/field service experience handling biomedical equipment, medical devices, or related medical products.

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

· Good computer knowledge/handling skills

· Effective communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysian, Chinese

· Should possess a valid Class D Licence with own car.

· Training will be provided (hands-on and theoretical )
