Responsibilities:
Pre-Contract:
- Responsible for tender process including sourcing for sub-contractor and suppliers.
- Responsible for measurement and taking off from drawings, tender costing and preparation of tender documents for submission.
- Understanding types of contractual agreement, terms and condition.
Post Contract:
- Responsible for managing, monitoring and contract administration of the project.
- Project cash flow, constructions cost control and procurement with monthly report.
- Involve in project coordination with site person, suppliers, sub-contractors, client and consultants
- To source, negotiates and compare between suppliers and sub-contractors.
- To liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and preparation of samples submission for approval.
- To carry out taking off quantities and measurement for procurement and claim.
- Preparation of Letter of Award and Purchase Order to sub – contractors and suppliers.
- Prepare interim claim and attend site valuation and measurement of work done with client and consultants.
- To evaluate sub-contractors work done and prepare claim certificates.
- Preparation of Variation Order with supporting documents.
- Preparation of final account settlement with client and sub-contractor.
- To maintain relevant documentation in orderly and proper manner.
- Attend meeting.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or Construction Management.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the senior position(s).
- Able to work Independently, Self-motivated, enthusiastic, Interpersonal Skills and willing to learn individuals
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Have good communication skills and strong problem solving skills.
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Proficient in (AutoCad, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
- Possess own transport
