The Information Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing the integration and management of the organization's ERP and digital systems across multiple entities as we expand, including regional entities. This role involves ensuring that our systems and infrastructures support business processes effectively, optimizing workflows, and leading system-related projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and integration of ERP systems across various business entities.
- Ensure seamless data flow and process integration between different modules and systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements and ensure the configuration of the ERP solutions meet business needs.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement optimized processes that leverage ERP and other digital capabilities.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Manage and lead digital implementation and upgrade projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, and status reports for stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with vendors and external service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their system needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure timely and effective support for users for seamless usage of the digital systems.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance digital proficiency across the organization.
- Create and maintain user manuals and system documentation.
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect our systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
- Regularly test and update disaster recovery plans to ensure effectiveness.
- Coordinate response efforts during system outages.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in ERP systems management or a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing ERP implementations and integrations.
- Strong technical knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with other business systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- May be required to travel overseas.
