  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Perform daily operational accounting in settlement reconciliation report
  • Monitor FOREX rates in buying and selling
  • Prepares and ensure operational SOP's adheres to BNM regulations
  • Perform finance functions in accounts receivable, payable, general ledger, cash, and bank management.
  • Participate in the closing of accounts, preparation of financial statements and reporting matters.
  • To assist in the preparation of consolidation of accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and quarterly reporting.
  • Attend to auditors or tax agent queries in relation to annual audit and annual tax submission.
  • Liaise and follow up with bank officer in relation to bank matters.
  • Assist in performing general administration functions.
  • Response to ad-hoc duties as and when delegated.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least LCCI or Professional Certificate in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office-Word and Excel.
  • Experienced in SQL Accounting software.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Analytical, good working attitude and able to work independently.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and able to meet deadline.
