- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Liaise with external parties, e.g. agents, government authorities.
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, such as preparing cheque/payment instructions and vouchers, issuing invoices, updating schedules/records, and managing Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR).
- Perform data entry, documentation, printing & filing duties.
- Track payments and bank deposits.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Keep accurate records of all daily transactions.
- Proper filing of all documents.
- Manage the boss's personal accounting matters.
- Coordinate and manage container imports and exports, including liaising with customs authorities for clearance.
- Experience with tax matters and annual tax filing is preferred.
- Assist with the annual audit and participate in tax-related accounting tasks.
- Candidates with several years of accounting experience, especially with Full Set Account experience, are highly preferred.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
- Ability to communicate in basic Chinese and English, as regular reporting to overseas supervisors is required.
- Basic writing skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin language (advantage)
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's
- Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Committed to working, well planning & organizing skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, AutoCount...etc).
- Willing to work at Klang Meru Area
- Working Day: Monday to Friday
