Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Assistance:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring it is safely transported to their rooms.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Offer assistance with special requests such as booking transportation, dining reservations, and arranging tours.
- Room Services:
- Assist guests to their rooms and provide a brief orientation of room features and amenities.
- Ensure guest rooms are prepared to the highest standard before arrival, including checking for cleanliness and functionality of equipment.
- Deliver room service items, amenities, and other requested items promptly.
- Lobby Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area.
- Ensure that the lobby is well-stocked with brochures, maps, and other informational materials.
- Monitor and maintain the appearance of the luggage storage area.
- Security and Safety:
- Follow all hotel security and safety procedures.
- Report any suspicious activity or security concerns to the front office manager.
- Assist with emergency procedures, including evacuations and providing first aid if necessary.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Communicate guest feedback and any issues to the front office manager for prompt resolution.
