  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB PURPOSE

  • Ensure all processes to comply with the GMP / ISO standard and to maintain proper housekeeping practices.
  • Carry out Preventive and Predictive maintenance plan in Sterile Plant and comply with safety operational standards as well as troubleshoot machine issues related to SVI and SPF production.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • To carry out machine troubleshooting to plant machinery and facilities if any problems arise at SVI and SPF, Production.
  • To monitor, inspect and maintain utilities and facilities within SVI and SPF Production.
  • To supervise and monitor contractor engaged in any upgrading project.
  • To carry out commissioning, equipment performance qualification (PEQ), Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) together with machine supplier/validation team at SVI and SPF production.
  • To be involved in spare parts procurement and inventory for SVI and SPF production.
  • Any related jobs as directed by the supervisor.
  • To provide feedback on machineries design for any new machineries to be brought into production shopfloor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in any field of Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in Water System and Sterile Production Machineries.
  • Able to follow instructions given by superior.
  • Independent and well organize
  • Able to anticipate the possible demands and outcomes of a particular task given.
