What you need to do:-

  • Manage the company's product and business portfolio with a focus on key audio-visual brands, as well as an extended range of IT-related solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the AV solutions sector.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote the company’s audio & visual solutions and brands.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including system integrators, consultants, and end users.
  • Expand the company’s market presence by exploring new verticals and geographic areas.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Provide technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features and capabilities.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budget planning, and performance tracking, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product offerings and enhance service quality.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
  • Stay current with the latest AV technologies, trends, and products.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to stay connected with the latest developments in AV technology.
  • Undertake other special assignments, and ad-hoc jobs/projects as and when required by the management from time to time.

What we need from you:-

  • Min with Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Electrical & Electronic, IT, Audio Engineering or equivalent.
  • Min 3 years of working experience in Professional Audio Visual or IT industry.
  • Required Language: Mandarin (this role will be the key liaison with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders/countries), English, and Malay.
