Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and produce high-quality, informative, and interesting translation / communication releases, translation / communication kits, and related materials. Ensure all messaging aligns with key business strategies.
- Facilitate daily communication.
- Translate documents and provide interesting explanation to make everyone understand the business needs.
- Prepare summary / minutes of discussions in both languages.
- Regularly update any issue or progress to the General Manager of Pertama.
2. Support Japanese sponsors:
- Inquiry response regarding ad-hoc inquiry from sponsors.
- Daily operation report to sponsors.
- Ad-hoc incident report.
- Monthly safety report.
- Coordinate unplanned matter.
- Ad-hoc production / project status report appropriately.
3. Japanese guest visit Pertama arrangement including sponsors etc.:
- Accommodation arrangement, transportation, dinning, document preparation, meeting arrangement.
4. To undertake any other job assigned by immediate superior or Management from time to time.
