Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Building or Property Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Building or Facilities Management and 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge in M&E equipments, BAS system, HVAC system, LPG system, Fire Protection System, Building Structure, Car Park Equipments & etc
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel). Knowledge in using Autocad will be an added advantage.
