  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

  • Develop and create 3D models and 2D drawings for jigs, fixtures and automation systems using CAD software (eg. AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams to gather requirement for jigs, fixtures and automation solutions
  • Research and incorporate new technologies and materials to improve designs.
  • Design and optimize jigs and fixtures to enhance production workflows and reduce cycle times.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and technical analysis to ensure the designs meeting requirement, safety and required standards.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, assembly instructions, and maintenance guidelines.
  • Validate designs, identify issues, and implement improvements based on test results by process owner
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all design processes
  • Strong background in engineering principles, design software and problem-solving skills

Education and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience with focus of designing fixtures/jigs or automation systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Design or related field
  • Proficiency in CAD software (Solidworks, AutoCAD) or other engineering design tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
