RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle sales enquiries, prepare sales quotation, invoices, DO & PO
- Answering incoming call, forwarding & taking message
- Provide sales assistance to customer through phone and provide the experience to the customer
- Arrange transportation, ensure products are delivering in time
- Prepare purchase order and check price comparison
- Manage and keep track postal & courier service delivery and pick up arrangement.
- Maintain filing system for essential correspondence & document, maintain all administrative office record
- Handle shipment coming in and manage loading goods in store
- Perform and ad hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Required language(s) : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Have experience in Auto Count System will be added advantage
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Able to work independent with minimum supervision
- Teamwork, problem solving, patience, communication, able to work under pressure
- Can start work immediately will be added advantage
