Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth across modern trade, and general trade channels.
    • Manage sales activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities, ensuring continuous sales growth and market share expansion.
    • Oversee and monitor key account management activities to maintain and strengthen relationships with major retail clients
  • Marketing & Brand Management
    • Design and execute marketing campaigns to support sales objectives, product launches, and brand positioning.
    • Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, merchandising plans, and product positioning.
  • Channel Management
    • Manage distribution strategies for modern trade, and general trade to optimize product availability and visibility.
    • Negotiate and manage terms with key partners, retailers, and distributors to maximize profitability and ensure strong relationships.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and marketing team to achieve departmental goals and personal growth.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the team members.
  • Budget & Forecasting
    • Prepare and manage budgets, sales forecasts, and P&L statements.
    • Monitor sales performance against forecasts and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with other departments (e.g., Product Development, Logistics, Finance) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
    • Provide insights and reports to senior management on market performance, key trends, and strategic recommendations.
  • Compliance & Reporting
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations across all sales and marketing activities.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
