Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth across modern trade, and general trade channels.
- Manage sales activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, ensuring continuous sales growth and market share expansion.
- Oversee and monitor key account management activities to maintain and strengthen relationships with major retail clients
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to support sales objectives, product launches, and brand positioning.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, merchandising plans, and product positioning.
- Manage distribution strategies for modern trade, and general trade to optimize product availability and visibility.
- Negotiate and manage terms with key partners, retailers, and distributors to maximize profitability and ensure strong relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and marketing team to achieve departmental goals and personal growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the team members.
- Prepare and manage budgets, sales forecasts, and P&L statements.
- Monitor sales performance against forecasts and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., Product Development, Logistics, Finance) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Provide insights and reports to senior management on market performance, key trends, and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations across all sales and marketing activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
