Duties and Responsibilities of Site Supervisor
- To assist Project Manager in all stages of construction works which includes planning, arranging and controlling progress of projects.
- Monitor and supervise the site construction works
- Responsible for checking and verifying all plans, coordinating design and drawings and planning works with all relevant parties
- To verify and control contractors quality of works, make good defects and site measurement
- Attend on-site meeting, work progress meeting and generate reports.
- Ensure safety at site and manage workers
- Able to adopt to Company Project Management System (PMS), Progress Control System (PCS), and Cost Control System (CCS).
- Keep accurate project records, including daily logs of hours worked and materials used
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Candidate must possess minimum qualification of Diploma in Engineering (Civil), or equivalent
- At least 3 years working experience in the related field
- Must be able to understand structural/architectural and basic M&E drawings
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project
- Project based at Alor Gajah, Melaka (Preferably local)
