Application Engineer (Water Treatment Plant) 项目工程师

Responsibilities:

• Provide preventive maintenance, technical support, and improvement of water treatment plant and facilities at the service site
• Accountable and responsible for service and operation activities
• To ensure the quality of maintenance, operation and service is consistent and fulfilling to customers’ specifications in order to achieve greater customer satisfaction.
• To ensure all the O&M and service contract performance complies customers’ requirement and monthly performance KPI
• Lead, manage and coach a team of technicians in providing day-to-day operation support, preventive maintenance, and undertaking projects
• Responding to client's complaints and inquiries
• Other duties and responsibilities outlined from time to time to ensure the delivery of quality service and products to the customers
• Participate in project management and plant processes
• Knowledge of water treatment plants will be added advantage

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Mechanical or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa English, Mandarin
• At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients
• 3 Full-Time position(s) available.
