  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description: Inspector Of Work

Position Overview: Inspector of works, also known as a construction quality inspector or warranty manager, is responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of construction works and materials. The main areas of work include:

  • Supervise, Coordinate and monitor Daily Construction for Civil & Structure Work.
  • Ensure Works are executed in accordance with Construction Drawings, Specifications method of Statements and approved material/equipment.
  • Prepare & update daily report, verify progress report and attending to technical site meeting.
  • Report & highlight to Engineer when discovered any part of the work that is not in accordance with the approved documents.
  • Issue memo to Contractors for non-compliance of the required Quality Standard, Construction Drawings and Specifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Civil & Structure or equivalent.
  • Registered with Board of Engineers (BEM) as Inspector of Work (IOW)
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Able to work extra working hours when necessary
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work for Six (6) working days
  • Based at Contruction Site at Kempas, Johor Darul Takzim

"Immediate Admission Expected" for 1-year contract
