  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client “⁠ALFA LAGENDA SDN. BHD.” is seeking a Architect to join their company!

What you’ll be doing?

  • Making bids on potential building projects
  • Working with clients (if needed), other consultant, engineer, contractor authority to determine requirements for building projects and to deliver functional and visually appealing designs/project.
  • Developing initial estimates on structure costs, building time and special requirements
  • Preparing detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of a building project
  • Directing staff in the development of project drawings, studies and budgets
  • Preparing work contracts for building subcontractors
  • Visiting building worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plans
  • Developing and giving presentations to Board Of Director about new projects
  • To attend meeting ( monthly, site, authority)
  • Other relevant matter


Who are they looking for?

  • Familiarity with Malaysian building codes and regulations
  • Must possess relevant degree in Architecture with experience
  • Age below 40
