- Minimum of 5 years experience in Service Management role.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics engineering.
- Good English speaking and writing skills
- Access or understanding of the industrial valve market in F&B, Power, General Industry and HVAC markets is added advantage.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Familiarized working with CRM & Scheduling Management tools
- Manage all service and support request from customers
- Provide regular reports on weekly and monthly basis on all activities, forecasts to the General Manager.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers and distribution partners.
- Identify and report on potential new markets, industries and opportunities.
- Ensure smooth process of the technical team.
- Coach, grow and improve the members in technical team.
- A self-motivated individual with good communication, detail oriented and interpersonal skills.
- Team player, strong ownership & passion for the brand.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Willing to travel frequently.
