As part of expansion plan into South East Asia region, we would like to invite experienced sales personnel to join our dynamic sales team.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma preferably in Engineering
  • Candidates with related working without above education qualification are welcome to apply

Work Experience Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of work experience specializing in technical sales, preferably have worked with end users, stockists/distributors, EPC contractors, turnkey contractors etc
  • Proven sales track record
  • Candidates with experiences in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries, who are familiar with customers in on-shore and off-shore, will be an added advantage
  • Personnel with Business Development role and good contacts in Malaysia or Regional Oil & Gas/Petrochemical, Marine, and EPC contractors are encouraged to apply
  • Sound knowledge of manual valves and API standards in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry would be an advantage

Skills Requirements:

  • Ability to manage and work with customers, vendors, internal stakeholders and people of different disciplines
  • Capable of working effectively under own initiative and able to adapt to fast-paced, target driven work environment
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented with excellent interpersonal, customer service skills
  • Possess good business communication skills, technical knowledge, business presentation and public speaking
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities, design and implement a successful sales strategy
  • Knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify customers and create technical solutions that eventually deliver business results to customers
  • Responsible for driving strategic sales initiative in Malaysia, fulfillment of business growth and revenue goals of the organization
  • Responsible for leading, generating sales and meeting annual sales target by identifying, developing, quoting and closing the opportunities timely
  • Achieve sales target and demonstrating strong driving result on business growth
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plan and strategies to expand new sales leads to achieve sales results
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers and industries. Analyze competitors' offerings and market trends to position organization effectively
  • Provide sales updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about sales status, execution strategy, adjustments and progress via forecast report and achievement report
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and pain points to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services
  • Possess own vehicle and willing to travel meeting customers over whole Malaysia. Overseas travel if deem required
  • Other duties include developing marketing strategies & activities, analyzing market trends and competitors' pricing and undertaking any new assignment given
