  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Candidate with experience in inventory/logistics management are welcome to apply
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes (inbound, outbound or returns)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Inventory :

  • Monitor inbound and return shipments, inspect and diagnose items as necessary.
  • Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring that reorder points are maintained for adequate stock levels.
  • Handle put-away processes, location changes, and warehouse inventory control.
  • Execute all relevant transactions, maintain accurate inventory records, and provide stock take & inventory reports.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Logistics:

  • Coordinating inbound and outbound logistics activities.
  • Communicate with transportation providers and carriers to schedule deliveries or pick up.
  • Manage all tasks related to shipments ( by land / sea ), ensuring timely delivery and addressing any potential delays. Update relevant stakeholders including internal teams on shipments, delivery status and compliance with schedules.
