Position Summary

The Senior Executive, Global Sponsorships (Sponsorship Operations and Administration) will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks related to sponsorship activities. This role involves managing sponsorship agreements, coordinating logistics for sponsored events, and providing administrative support to the sponsorship team. The incumbent will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of sponsorship initiatives and maintain accurate records of sponsorship contracts and expenditures.

Key Accountability
  1. Sponsorship Agreement Management:
  • Maintain a centralized database of sponsorship agreements and related documents.
  • Monitor agreement timelines and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  1. Event Logistics Coordination:
  • Coordinate logistics for sponsored events, including venue bookings, travel arrangements, and on-site coordination.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
  1. Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the sponsorship team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for sponsorship activities.
  1. Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding sponsorship-related inquiries and requests.
  • Facilitate communication between the sponsorship team and other departments within the organization.
Qualification & Working Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in sponsorship operations, event management, or administrative roles.
Area of Experience
  • Experience in managing administrative tasks and operations within a sponsorship or marketing department.
  • Familiarity with contract management systems and processes.
  • Knowledge of event logistics coordination and vendor management.
  • Understanding of budget tracking and expense reporting procedures.
  • Experience in stakeholder communication and customer service.
