Job Descriptions:

Management Reporting

• Perform finance reporting (management and regulatory).
• Prepare regulatory reporting – daily, weekly and monthly.

Payment, Receipting and Accounting Entries

• Perform payment, receipting and accounting entries.
• Prepare/post payment, receipting and journal entries.

Auto-Credit interest and Withholding Tax

• Run Interest for crediting clients.
• Prepare withholding tax payment

Remisier Commission Payment

• Perform monthly remiser payment. To retain any payment where necessary.
• Perform monthly remisier withholding tax and commission posting.
• Handling of entries for remisier’s error trades.

Digitalization

• To identify and assist relevant reporting line on the digitalization initiative for the Finance Department.
• Identify and assist to implement new digitalization processes to make relevant processes more efficient.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor of Accounting/Finance/MIA/Professional or related field.
• At least 2-5 years of relevant working experience.
• A candidate with data analytics and Power BI skills is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, Winbos.
• Meticulous and strong analytical skill.
