Quantity Surveyor @ Subang

Join our dynamic team as a Junior Quantity Surveyor! In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing project costs and ensuring accurate financial forecasting. Your responsibilities will include preparing tender documents, contracts, and budgets, as well as measuring and valuing work done on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other essential documentation.
• Track design and construction changes, adjusting budget projections as necessary.
• Measure and value work completed on-site.
• Collaborate with clients and construction professionals, including site managers and project managers.
• Write detailed reports on project progress and financial status.
• Conduct assessments of monthly interim valuations.
• Perform take-offs and measurements accurately.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 2 years of related experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, as the role involves extensive calculations.
• Hardworking, eager to learn, and possess a positive attitude towards the QS profession.
• Willingness to travel outstation when required and possess your transportation.
• Excellent communication skills
