As a Human Resource (Recruitment), you will play a crucial role in identifying, screening, and selecting top talent for our company. You’ll collaborate closely with the HR team to fill all vacancies within the organization. Your focus will be on implementing effective recruitment strategies to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Create compelling job descriptions to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking.
  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure the necessary document to be filled before the interview session.
  • To create engaging social media post for recruitment.
  • Manage and maintain the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist in human resources function eg company events, team building etc.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Proven experience as in recruitment / HR
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle sensitive candidate information with the utmost care
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, Mandarin is a plus
