Technology Manager, SAP Security

Seeking an experienced SAP Functional leader to manage a team of consultants, oversee SAP implementations, and drive continuous improvement in ERP systems.

Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SAP consultants and analysts
• Provide guidance, feedback, and professional development to team members
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and positive work environment
• Oversee SAP solution implementation, including project planning and resource allocation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align SAP solutions with business goals
• Work with technical teams to configure, customize, and integrate SAP modules
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure minimal disruption
• Provide ongoing support for SAP systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring performance
• Develop and maintain system documentation, process flows, and user manuals
• Conduct system audits and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption
• Develop and deliver end-user training programs for SAP systems
• Communicate system updates and best practices to stakeholders
• Monitor system performance and analyze metrics for optimization
• Prepare and present reports on system performance and project status to senior management
• Collaborate with business analysts to define KPIs for SAP effectiveness
• Manage the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring standardized processes and tools
• Oversee business improvement initiatives and ensure effective change management
• Interact with key stakeholders and manage vendor relationships
• Establish continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes and analytics

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of SAP implementation, configuration, and support experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, VMS, or Warranty)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues
• Extensive knowledge of functional and business processes
• Expertise in software quality assurance practices
• Proven project management experience in planning, execution, and risk management
• SAP certification(s) preferred
