Are you ready to revolutionize our company's revenue streams? We're seeking a dynamic Account Manager to lead the charge in converting verified leads into substantial sales. As the frontline ambassador of our brand, you'll cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with our valued customers, ensuring their needs are not just met but exceeded.

Outbound Sales:

- Identify and target potential clients through various outbound methods :-

- cold calling

- email campaigns

- networking

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.

Inbound Sales:

- Manage and close sales leads assigned to you from inbound channels.

- Conduct thorough needs analysis & provide tailored solutions to meet client requirements.

- Follow up with leads promptly & maintain regular communication to ensure a high conversion rate.

Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing & potential clients.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries & resolving any issues.

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction & retention.

Sales Reporting:

- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status & results.

- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance & market trends.

- Utilize CRM software (Pipedrive) to manage client information & sales activities.

Skills Needed:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to work independently & as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software & Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational & time management skills.

- Ability to analyze sales data & market trends.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management.

- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets & driving revenue growth.

- Knowledge of telematics is an advantage.

- Willingness to travel as needed.

Salary:

RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 (Including Commission)
