Position: Purchasing Clerk
Job Description:
Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders/documents in accordance with company SOP.
Update purchasing records and data.
Liaise with user on the status of purchase request.
Monitor the delivery schedule from supplier.
Monitor the stock level of raw material and packaging material.
Take part in stock check activity.
Perform administrative tasks not limited to filing, photocopying, printing, scanning and etc.
Any other tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirement:
Min Diploma in any disciplines or equivalent.
Microsoft Excel, Word & computer processing knowledge.
Minimum of 1-2years experience in purchasing functions in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Self-motivated and driven individual.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
