Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out admin duties, including answering phone call, email, greeting office visitors.
  • Managing the maintenance of office, equipment and warehouse.
  • Responsible to manage and monitor stock movement.
  • Data entry of purchasing invoice, packing list and other related documents.
  • Packaging stock and arrange with courier for stock receiving, delivery and pickup.
  • Organize and bookkeeping office related documents.
  • To assist salesperson for preparing proforma invoice, delivery note, and invoice.
  • Performing duties assign by HOD.
  • Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in account and administration preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Excel, Google Form, Autocount (Will be added advantage).
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Independent, adaptability and problem-solving skills.
