  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Provide legal advisory on retail tenancy agreements, mitigating risks and safeguarding company interests.
  • Draft, review, and manage sale and purchase agreements for residential properties.
  • Address land-related issues, including transfers, leases, caveats, and strata title applications.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Serve as custodian for land titles and related legal documents.
  • Support litigation matters, working with solicitors to optimize outcomes in disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal frameworks, aligning with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide legal support on car park operations and intellectual property matters.

about the requirements

  • Bachelors in Law.
  • Minimum of 7 years in a senior/leadership role specializing in legal conveyancing and leasing.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams is preferred.
  • Experience in the REIT industry is preferred.
  • Ensure agreements are structured effectively to safeguard the organization's interests.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest legal and regulatory changes.
