How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  2. Tip: If you're running Mac OS, click the Firefox drop-down list > Preferences.

  7. Refresh the page.

  • Prepare and able to handle full set of accounts.
  • Responsible to perform daily accounts operations task, including banking and finance;
  • Ensure all accounting records (AP, AR, RRPT, Journals and etc) are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system;
  • Handle and ensure proper recording of the contract awarded (developers, main contractor, subcontractors), and any other related documents pertaining to the contract.
  • Prepare and update project costing on timely manner.
  • Prepare and ensure timely submission of income tax return (CP204,CP204A and etc)
  • Prepare monthly cash flow forecast (12 months projections).
  • Prepare yearly budget (3 years performance).
  • Verify that the progress claims (contractor claims certified by the architect and quantity surveyor for project-related payment) are appropriately documented and accounted. Any payment on behalf of the contractor is back charged in a timely manner.
  • Responsible to handle all audit matters - prepare audit schedule, compiling information for audit purpose, drafting of auditor report and any other related matters.
  • Maintain effective liaison with external parties – auditors, tax agents, bankers and other relevant parties
  • Handle more than one company and/or ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.

    • Requirements:

    • Posses a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, added advantage if possess professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA/MIA.
    • Preferably to have at least 2 year(s) of working experience in handling of Full-set of Accounts.
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
    • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
    • Posses own transportation to Sri Damansara, Kepong. (reachable by MRT, station Bandar Sri Damansara Barat, 10 mins walk)
