  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About us

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Indoor sales to join our team in the air freight forwarding logistics industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and efficient operations.

Qualifications & experience

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in air freight forwarding logistics.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in quoting airfreight charges.
  • Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment and being a team player with leadership potential.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Attend to customers enquiries, provide quotations, act on complaints and follow up on quoted propositions.
  • Source airfreight rates, transport services, fumigation, and other logistics solutions from airlines, agents, transporters, and vendors.
  • To work independently, solve all logistics matters, provide and customize solutions to customers.
  • Create system quotation and define clear outline in scope of work for individual job, closely monitoring trading behaviour of existing customer and build close rapport.
  • Liaise closely with overseas ensuring best rates and service are provided.
  • To be ever ready in supporting operation team and assist whenever or wherever is needed only for job orders involved within the team. Responsible to maintain conducive working environment within inter departmental.
  • To conduct telemarketing activities and expand customer base on individual team. Develop new business opportunities in up trading existing customers.
  • Carry out any other task assign by superior.
