Architect (Designer) - Part II

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To incept and execute all aspects of WORKS from Schematic Design Phase until the Final Completion Phase. This shall include developing detailed building designs, workings of building services, coordinating with consultants & contractors until Final Accounts.
• Must have good knowledge of UBBL and authorities requirements (for eg. Planning and Building Guidelines, Bomba guidelines, Sanitary by-Law, etc).
• Prepare design drawings / working drawings / detail drawings or sketches with attention to specifications, compliance to building by-laws, coordinating dimensions, coordinating drawing references, compliance to CAD protocol, and meet Quality System.
• Prepare, review and implement Master Project Programme.
• Regular reporting of finding to all parties.
• Mature, Dedicated and able to work Independently with minimal supervision
• Able to supervise and lead other designers and check their work
• To prepare reports, minutes of meetings, letters to client / consultants / resident architect / contractor, etc
• To attend meetings / briefings / presentation with clients / consultants / contractors / authorities, site visit / inspection, etc
• Mature, Dedicated and able to work Independently with minimal supervision

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate MUST possess at least Master in Architecture or equivalent to LAM Part II.
• Required skill(s): AutoCad, Microsoft Office,Sketch-Up and Adobe Photoshop. Working knowledge of REVIT is advantaged.
• MUST have minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in the architecture consultancy AFTER Graduation of PART II is required for this position, experience in high-rise is advantage.
• Good knowledge in construction and specifications will be an added advantage
• Good command in both written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
• 100% Work in Office.
