Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager - Oil and Gas Trading
Location: Jalan Gombak, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to oversee trading activities and drive growth in our oil and gas division. The ideal candidate will manage daily inquiries, ensure project efficiency, and expand our sales network across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage all trading activities and monitor daily inquiries to meet closing dates.
- Oversee ongoing projects in the designated areas and ensure efficiency throughout the project cycle.
- Establish and nurture business relationships with potential clients to expand the company’s sales network.
- Introduce clients to our range of products, providing estimates for goods such as valves and pipes.
- Liaise with engineers to expedite project timelines and meet sales targets.
- Prepare technical proposals and coordinate with manufacturers regarding specifications and delivery.
- Provide after-sales services, including installations and replacements.
- Analyse yearly sales performance and business trends.
- Develop and evaluate marketing strategies based on market characteristics and company objectives.
- Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to foster profitable business relationships.
- Ensure staff are aligned with customer deadlines for inquiries, tenders, and technical clarifications.
- Generate sales reports for management review.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the oil and gas sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of the oil and gas trading market and regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
