Technician

Responsibilities included:

• In charge of the preventive and curative maintenance for all manual & automatic welding equipment including their other accessories.
• Responsible to take part in the refurbishment and preparation of equipment in the workshop.
• Be familiar with all Serimax plant and equipment with regard to operation and maintenance
• In charge of breakdown finding diagnosis and report for equipment he’s in charge of.
• Has the role of trainer for the operator who use the equipment that he’s in charge of.
• Responsible to take part of the WRA job procedure, tool box meeting and housekeeping.
• Report HSE hazard, non-conformance parts/equipment to manager/leader
• To assist Logistic team on the mobilization, demobilization, and transfer of equipment

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Mechatronics / Electromechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Fully qualified / time served technician
• Knowledge in mechatronics, electronic and electrical.
• Basic knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics and machining is an advantage.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly focused and drives to set ambitious objectives for him and his co-worker
• Show integrity, tenacity, resilience, and adaptability in complex situations and often changing environment
• Able to handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlines
• Demonstrate excellent English and Malay communication skills
