General Manager Operations (Johor Bahru)

Seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the production, supply chain, engineering, project management, and facility management functions of their medical device manufacturing operations.

Your new role

• In depth knowledge of production, engineering, supply chain, and facility management in a high volume, quality environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the medical device industry (ISO & FDA regulations).
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing preferred). MBA preferable.
  
• 8-10 years of experience in an operations leadership role in the medical device industry.
  
• Experience managing operations for a company of RM70-100 million with strong people management skills.
