Job Responsibilities:
- Handling customers’ inquiries, requisition for quotes and orders
- Document maintenance
- Maintain all work orders, customers’ purchase orders
- Handle all communication such as inquiry
- Maintain all communication record
- Maintain contract review period
- Order processing and update part general data
- Process and check forwarders invoices and submit to Finance department for payment
- Prepare billing forecast and monthly sales report
- Build up relationships with customers
- Liaise with production to expedite customers’ requirements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate/ Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in related field in the manufacturing environment
- Knowledgeable in ISO systems
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin-speaking customers
- Work independently with minimum supervision
