Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling customers’ inquiries, requisition for quotes and orders
  • Document maintenance
  • Maintain all work orders, customers’ purchase orders
  • Handle all communication such as inquiry
  • Maintain all communication record
  • Maintain contract review period
  • Order processing and update part general data
  • Process and check forwarders invoices and submit to Finance department for payment
  • Prepare billing forecast and monthly sales report
  • Build up relationships with customers
  • Liaise with production to expedite customers’ requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate/ Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in related field in the manufacturing environment
  • Knowledgeable in ISO systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin-speaking customers
  • Work independently with minimum supervision
