  • Provide full time Technical Support for our deployed systems, working with our Service Teams and vendors across Malaysia & APAC region.
    • Predominantly focused on providing Technical Support to the RMP Astro P25 System in Sarawak Region of Malaysia. Consisting of:
    • On-Site Technical Support for Corrective Maintenance, requiring incident response and advanced root cause analysis for Incident Management Reports
    • On-Site Technical Support for Preventive Maintenance, including:
      • Periodic Site Optimizations
      • Regular PMI checks
  • Work with the wider Malaysia Field Services Team to support all other aspects of the technologies that MSI provides within the Sarawak Region of Malaysia. Consisting of:
    • On-Site Technical Support for Corrective Maintenance, requiring incident response and advanced root cause analysis for Incident Management Reports
    • On-Site Technical Support for Preventive Maintenance, including:
      • Periodic PMI checks
  • Maintaining, and growing on, the excellent relationship with all MSI customers in Sarawak region of Malaysia
  • Attend regular Team and Customer meetings as and when required.
  • Constantly review and identify improvements to existing processes to ensure continued and constantly improving service delivery to both internal and external MSI customers
  • Out of Hours work will be required

Basic Requirements

  • Malaysian Citizen
  • Ability to obtain the required Security Clearance to work on the RMP project
  • Ideally already located in Sarawak Region of Malaysia
  • Proven strong interpersonal and collaborative skills and be able to work and coordinate across various groups and functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
