Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide and manage sales team effectively towards expanding our presence and growing sales revenue (Photocopier/Multifunction Printer (MFP) in the government sector
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to ensure personal and team sales targets are achieved and exceeded for continuous business growth.
  • Develop and manage a sustainable pipeline to achieve designated sales targets and profitable revenue.
  • Ensure systematic coverage of assigned accounts with sales activities and generate sufficient sales pipeline to sustain optimum sales results consistently.
  • To analyze upcoming sebut harga/tender forecasted to publish in FY2024 and ensure sales team focus and pre-lobby actions conducted for higher winning chances.
  • To analyze, review and study sebut harga/tender specifications to formulate best winning strategies for timely submission.
  • To analyze sales performance and manage the review and inspection to eliminate risks to the plan and present update reports to the management.
  • Conduct preparation of sales pitch, presentation, proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with deal governance process, contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with account managers to develop winning sales strategies that generate new business while maintaining a healthy profit level.
  • Maintain and build good relationships/rapport with customers with emphasis on the practice of customer-centric values.
  • Engage in client top management relationship building (C-Level) and understanding of the client business drivers to develop win strategies, company’s product offerings, appropriate pricing and execution models to help the sales team win deals.
  • Perform any other assigned duties as and when directed by the Management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of successful direct sales experience selling photocopiers to the government sector with a proven track record
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing a direct sales team selling photocopiers to the government sector with a proven track record
  • Have experience preparing, keying in and submitting sebut harga/tenders via E-Perolehan (EP)
  • ⁠Strong leadership skills to guide, train and manage the sales team towards achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Must be aggressive, have a strong drive to succeed and be able to meet tight deadlines
  • Possess good analytical skills, precise and with great attention to details
  • ⁠Positive, pleasant personality and effective communication skills (verbal and written) among all levels within the organization and external customers
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Able to demonstrate good leadership in managing a team with at least 10 staff headcount.
