Job Summary
  • To implement trade marketing and promotional activities with pharmacy channels - Local Chain & Independent Pharmacy and International Key Accounts.
  • To carry out deployment of trade activation plans, executions and promotional activities.
  • To execute tactical plans to drive distribution and product visibility through various marketing and trade marketing plans.
  • To support trade marketing team in tracking trade activities performance: contracts, speed to market, trade execution, actual trade spends against budgets, etc.


General Responsibilities
  • To coordinate, plan, compile and analyse promotional activities for nationwide and sales branches.
  • Monitoring and compiling all displays & POSM photos, sales report and derive post promotions/events results such as launch campaigns, shopper programs, consumer rebates/redemptions, display campaigns, etc.
  • Managing day-to-day trade activities operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
  • To evaluate promotion campaigns by running reports for trade execution progress and performance.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and externally (clients) to ensure execution of trade marketing plans run smoothly.
  • To handle Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order/Goods Received raising and Invoices submission to finance for payment processing.
  • To manage and control Inventory/ Stock Holding.
  • To support in customers databases maintenance.
  • To support on day-to-day administrative work of trade marketing team.


Functional Skills And Knowledge
  • Computer literate and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word and Power Point)
  • Demonstrate fluency of verbal and written skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates with fluency in Chinese would be an added advantage.
  • Proactive, willing to learn, positive thinking, organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Good team player, able to work with colleagues at all levels to achieve business objectives.


Education

  • Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business Admin/ Business Studies/ Management or any equivalent discipline
  • At least 1 to 2 years working experience in similar or relevant industry
