Responsibilities:

  • Planning and completing both planned and reactive work orders assigned to you, achieving and maintaining 100% compliance each month by ensuring all work is finished on or before the due date.
  • Assisting in the planning, supervision, and handover of project-related changes or improvements within the facility.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the Facilities Operations Centre (FOC), FOC Library, Stores, and Workshop. Conduct routine housekeeping checks in your area and adhere to a "clean as you go" approach.
  • Collaborating with management and the operational team to review equipment failures and prepare detailed root cause analysis and action plan reports.
  • Contributing to and developing site-specific procedures for the maintenance and operation of critical equipment, including SOPs, EOPs, and drills.
  • Assisting with technical issues, project management, vendor management, and technical reporting on all critical equipment and computerized systems.
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of third-party engineers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with site standards during maintenance or relevant activities.
  • Operating equipment and monitoring alarms, responding to abnormal conditions in the FOC as required, with top priority given to EPMS, BMS, and Fire System alarms.

  • Flexibility in working patterns to meet business and operational demands.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
